Platform. Zero Conflict.
What We Are
The Coordinated Market Platform for European Robotics.
SERC is not a manufacturer. Not an integrator. Not a competitor. SERC is the neutral distribution infrastructure that connects manufacturers with a pan-European network of resellers, integrators, and enterprise clients — without ever competing with its own partners.
Strategic Principle
"SERC operates exclusively at the platform level — never at the implementation level. Every reseller and integrator in our network can buy from SERC without strengthening a competitor."
For Manufacturers
Structured European Access
SERC provides a single, professional channel into the European market. We evaluate partners — manufacturers come to us for access, not the other way around.
For Resellers & Integrators
Better Conditions. Ready Infrastructure.
Access the full multi-manufacturer portfolio, white-label Business OS, and European logistics — at the best conditions available for your category and scale.
For Enterprise
One Partner. All Robotics.
From strategy to fleet management: SERC coordinates manufacturers, integrators, and financing in one structured engagement — across all your locations.
Platform Architecture
Five Layers. One Platform.
SERC operates on Layer 2 — the platform layer. We never operate on Layers 3, 4, or 5. This is how we remain the trusted neutral hub for everyone.
Layer 5
End Customers — Hospitality, Facility Management, Retail, Healthcare, Logistics
SERC — Distribution, Business OS, Financing, Logistics, Manufacturer Relations
Layer 1
Manufacturers — Globally active service robotics manufacturers, curated and evaluated by SERC
Hardware Portfolio — Multi-Manufacturer
Delivery & Service Robots
Autonomous Floor Cleaning
Logistics AMR / AGV
Hospitality Robots
Humanoid Platforms
Portfolio Continuously Evaluated
SERC evaluates and curates its manufacturer portfolio continuously. Not every brand qualifies — products must meet European quality standards, serviceability requirements, and market readiness criteria before entering the network.
Human Responsibility
Automation with Responsibility.
For every robot deployed through the SERC network, a contribution flows into a dedicated Human Transition Fund — a political and societal instrument that pushes for humane transition frameworks, advocates for worker qualification programs, and actively engages policymakers across Europe.
We use our political and economic leverage to push reskilling forward
We lobby for responsible automation regulation at EU level
We engage with universities and educational institutions across Europe
5–10% of annual profit channelled into the Transition Fund
Human Transition Fund
5–10%
of annual profits reserved — every year, every deployment
Fund deployed for:
Policy advocacy & political lobbying in EU
Funding of robotics transition research
Engagement with EU policymakers on robotics tax frameworks
Support for unconditional basic income concepts & pilots

Ready to join the European Robotics Network?
Whether you are a manufacturer seeking European distribution, a reseller looking for better conditions, or an enterprise ready to automate at scale — SERC is your platform.
For Manufacturers
Your Robots. Europe's Markets.
SERC has built the strategic channels, the institutional partnerships, and the distribution depth that take years to establish. Let SERC carry your products to Europe — through a network rooted in genuine relationships, investment partnerships, and deep market access.
Why SERC
A Partnership Built On a Shared Goal.
SERC and its manufacturer partners share one vision: equipping the world with robotics that enhance human dignity. From this shared purpose, SERC has built deep institutional channels — strategic investors, European logistics infrastructure, and sector-specific market access — that are available to manufacturer partners who fit our collective direction. SERC evaluates carefully, because quality partnerships benefit everyone in the ecosystem equally.
🌍
20+ European Markets
SERC's reseller and integrator network covers every major European market. One agreement with SERC means access to a network no single country office can replicate.
⚡
Volume Without Fragmentation
SERC bundles the purchasing power of its entire partner network. You deal with one structured channel — not 50 individual resellers with their own logistics and payment terms.
🏛️
Seamless European Market Entry
SERC manages EU market entry end-to-end: import logistics, CE compliance verification, customs, and distribution via the Rotterdam hub — Europe's largest port gateway. Your product reaches every EU market with no friction for you.
📊
Business OS Integration
Your hardware connects to SERC's Business OS platform — used by every partner in the network for fleet management, support, and RaaS billing. Instant compatibility.
🔒
NDA-First Protocol
All preliminary discussions are protected by SERC's standardized NDA framework. Your pricing, roadmap, and product details remain confidential throughout the evaluation process.
🤝
Neutral Channel — No Conflict
SERC does not operate end-customer deployments. We don't compete with your integrators. Every robot we distribute flows through our certified partner network — not through SERC itself.
The Scale Opportunity
Europe Is a Decade Behind. That's the Opportunity.
The European service robotics market is structurally underdeveloped compared to North America and Asia. The demand exists. The deployment infrastructure does not — yet. SERC is building it. For manufacturers already in the network, this means first-mover scale in a continent-sized market.
SERC's Role for Manufacturers
"SERC positions itself not as a buyer requesting quotes, but as a strategic market partner rolling out Europe. Manufacturers that qualify receive structured access to a distribution channel that no single company can match."

Evaluation Process
Five Phases to Full Partnership.
SERC's manufacturer onboarding follows a rigorous five-phase process. No shortcuts — this is what makes SERC a credible channel for enterprise clients who need reliability.
01
Initial Contact & Interest Assessment
SERC reviews the manufacturer's portfolio, market presence, existing EU deployments, and technical readiness. No pricing discussed at this stage.
02
NDA Execution
SERC's standardized mutual NDA is signed before any substantive discussion. This protects both parties and creates the foundation of trust that every SERC partnership is built on. Strategic details, volume models, and market positioning are shared only within this protected framework.
03
Technical & Quality Review — Demo & Lab Testing
SERC reviews all product specs, CE certifications, service documentation, and spare parts availability. Critically: SERC orders demo units and tests them — in our own in-house lab environment and with selected pilot customers under real conditions. Only when quality and reliability are fully validated does a product enter the SERC portfolio.
04
Commercial Negotiation
SERC negotiates from a position of volume and structure. Terms include volume commitments, exclusivity arrangements (where applicable), support SLAs, and warranty frameworks.
05
Network Integration & First Market Rollout
Hardware is fully integrated into the SERC Business OS. Fulfillment is handled through SERC's own logistics and distribution network partners — with white-label shipping available if desired. SERC operates country by country: while the network spans all of Europe, legal and commercial structures are validated per market before rollout. The goal is full European coverage under EU law for every product in our portfolio.
Transparency
What Manufacturers See About Partners.
We know you'll check. When you look at how SERC treats its integrators and resellers, here is what you will find — and why it protects your brand.
For Resellers
Quality-Certified at Every Level
All SERC resellers and integrators complete a comprehensive onboarding program and SERC Academy certification. They are trained on your product category, held to response-time SLAs, and reviewed annually. Your brand is in the hands of professionals who have earned the right to represent the portfolio.
For Integrators
No Direct Competition
SERC explicitly does not serve end customers directly. Integrators in our network are safe from platform competition. This keeps quality partners in the network — who drive your volume.
For Enterprise
Professional Deployment
Enterprise clients go through SERC's partner network for implementation. No direct-to-market sales that could undermine your integrator relationships or create pricing conflicts.
For Resellers & Integrators
Better Conditions. Backed Infrastructure. Zero Conflict.
SERC never competes with you for end customers. SERC's infrastructure, logistics network, financing partners, and platform technology are here for one purpose: to make your business more powerful, more profitable, and more capable — from day one.
The Core Promise
SERC's Commitment to Every Reseller & Integrator
"SERC does not serve end customers directly. We do not implement. We do not operate robot fleets. When you buy from SERC, you are not funding your own competitor — you are using a platform designed entirely for your success."

Step Engagement Process
1
Dedicated SERC Contact
Regulatory & Liability Protection
SERC as Your EU Market Introducer.
Deploying robots from non-EU manufacturers across multiple European markets involves complex regulatory questions: Are all CE certifications valid in your country? Who bears product liability if a device fails? Are the safety declarations complete and legally binding under EU law? SERC removes this uncertainty entirely.
SERC as Inverkehrsbringer
SERC acts as the formal Inverkehrsbringer (EU market introducer) for the products in its portfolio. This means SERC takes legal responsibility for placing compliant products on the European market — so you don't have to manage manufacturer liability, CE documentation gaps, or regulatory uncertainty yourself. Your organization deploys with full legal confidence.
What SERC verifies for you
CE marking validity per product category · EU Machinery Directive compliance · Radio Equipment Directive (RED) · GDPR data handling for connected devices · Country-specific regulatory requirements
Your benefit
No internal legal research per manufacturer. No risk of deploying non-compliant hardware. No direct liability exposure to Asian manufacturers. One trusted European partner who has done the work.

About SERC
Strategic European Robotics Consortium.
Built to be the coordinated market platform that makes European service robotics scalable — as pure distributor, network hub, and strategic gatekeeper for manufacturers and trade partners across Europe.
Mission & Structure
Not a Company. Not an Importer. A Platform.
SERC does not think of itself as a classic trading company. The consortium acts as a structuring intermediary between manufacturers on one side and a growing network of integrators, resellers, service partners, and large enterprises on the other.
"The Strategic European Robotics Consortium is the coordinated market platform that makes European service robotics scalable — as distributor, network hub, and strategic gatekeeper for manufacturers and trade partners across Europe."
SERC Mission Statement
Operative Entity
SERC BV
Besloten Vennootschap · Netherlands
The operative distribution company — contractual partner for all manufacturers, resellers, integrators, and strategic large-scale clients. Full EU market coverage, Inverkehrsbringer, logistics hub, and platform operator.
Strategic Location
Rotterdam — Europe's Largest Port
Rotterdam is Europe's largest and most connected port — the primary gateway for hardware arriving from Asia. SERC's location here means faster delivery for partners, lower logistics costs, and a structurally optimized import chain. Every SERC partner benefits from this geographic advantage, regardless of their own location in Europe.
Core Values
Five Principles that Define How We Operate.
⬡
Bundle
Strength comes from coordination, not fragmentation. Every individual actor is stronger as part of a coordinated network than alone.
◫
Structure
Professional market development, not opportunistic single actions. SERC brings institutional quality to a market that often lacks it.
↗
Scale
European platform, not a national island. Every decision is made with the continent in mind — not a single market or single project.
◎
Orchestrate
Coordinated market presence instead of isolated fighters. SERC coordinates what others compete over — creating value for all network participants simultaneously.
∞
Long-Term
Sustainable partnerships over short-term deals. SERC builds network depth — not transaction volume. Every new partner makes every other partner more valuable.
🤝
Responsibility
Automation deployed at scale has social consequences. SERC owns its part of that responsibility — with a funded transition program and active EU policy engagement.
Human Responsibility
Automation Must Be Human.
SERC acknowledges that broad-scale automation of cleaning, logistics, and service tasks causes structural changes in labor markets. That change must not lead to displacement without support — it must be shaped with responsibility for a humane transition.
The Fund
Human Transition Fund — 5–10% of Annual Profit
Every year, SERC channels 5 to 10% of annual profits into a dedicated Human Transition Fund. This fund is a political and societal lever — not a charity mechanism. It is used to actively push for policies, frameworks, and research that ensure automation leads to human liberation, not exclusion.
Fund Contribution
5–10% of SERC annual profit
Focus
Political advocacy, research funding, transition frameworks
Measures
Policy lobbying, research funding, advocacy coalitions, UBI pilot support
Partners
Universities, research institutions & policy bodies across Europe
EU Policy Engagement
Lobbying for Responsible Automation
SERC actively participates in European and national robotics regulation — at euRobotics, in national automation working groups, and in dialogue with industry associations for Facility Management, Hospitality, and Healthcare. Goal: ensure automation regulation demands qualification, not just liability limitation.
Our Principle
Robotics is a tool for job transformation — not job destruction.
SERC uses its economic and political weight to advocate for frameworks that protect workers through technological transitions. Not by standing in the way of automation — but by pushing hard for the policies, funding mechanisms, and social models that make the transition humane and dignified.
ESG Targets 2026–2030
Policy initiatives actively supported by 2026
5+
Fund volume by 2027
EUR 1,000,000+

A Message to All SERC Partners
The Fund grows when we grow together.
SERC regularly reminds and invites all resellers, integrators, and strategic large-scale clients to contribute to the Human Transition Fund — in proportion to their scale and capacity. Not as an obligation, but as a shared statement: that the businesses benefiting from automation have a shared responsibility to ensure its impact on society is positive. Technology should liberate people — not divide them or leave them behind.
SERC advocates for a robotics transition contribution integrated into commercial frameworks, supports research into unconditional basic income models, and pushes for EU-level funding mechanisms that help workers find new roles, new purpose, and new careers in a technology-transformed economy.

Consortium — Selective Membership
The Architecture Is Already In Motion.
SERC is not seeking capital. It is seeking alignment. The consortium has been deliberately assembled over time — and its foundation rests on partners who share a long-term vision, not a short-term return horizon.
Consortium Composition
Depth Before Breadth.
The founding members of SERC represent a carefully assembled network of European and international capital, logistics infrastructure, and market access. The details of consortium membership remain confidential by design — this is not evasion, but structural discipline. In a network built on trust, discretion is a prerequisite for depth.
Who Is Already Here
Multinational investment groups with deep European and Chinese exposure. Large logistics operators with existing pan-European infrastructure and established Asian trade corridors. Strategic finance partners specialized in asset-backed growth models. European hub operators at the intersection of technology and trade. Each member was selected for their ability to add structural leverage — not just capital. Several consortium members maintain direct relationships with key Chinese technology ecosystems and logistics networks — a structural advantage at a time when Europe's robotics supply chain runs directly through Asia.
Why the Consortium Model Works
SERC's power is not in any single partner's resources. It is in the combination: distribution depth, financial capacity, logistics infrastructure, regulatory relationships, and market access — assembled into one coordinated platform. No single actor could replicate this structure from scratch. That is precisely the point.
Consortium Partner Types
Multinational Investment Groups
Long-horizon capital with European infrastructure exposure
European Logistics Operators
Physical infrastructure, freight, last-mile distribution
Sector-specific distribution channels, large enterprise networks
Asia-Pacific Bridge Partners
Direct relationships with Chinese technology ecosystems, manufacturer networks, and cross-continental trade infrastructure

Required Before Discussion
Growth Phases
At Scale, We May Open a Seat.
The SERC consortium is structured for depth, not volume. However, as the network scales across additional European markets, specific strategic gaps may emerge — where a new consortium partner could add structural leverage that benefits the entire network. When this happens, SERC considers expressions of interest from organizations that demonstrate genuine strategic fit.
What We Look For
Strategic Fit, Not Just Capital
SERC does not need capital alone. We look for partners who bring: European market infrastructure, sector-specific distribution, logistical scale, or financial structures that complement the existing consortium. Capital without strategic alignment is not a fit.
The Process
Expression → Review → Decision
Organizations wishing to express interest submit a structured introduction describing their infrastructure, strategic rationale, and expected contribution. Existing consortium members review expressions jointly. Decisions require consensus among founding members. There is no timeline pressure — only quality.
Confidentiality
Everything Under NDA
All discussions regarding consortium membership are conducted under bilateral NDA from the first substantive exchange. Neither party's interest is disclosed to third parties without explicit consent. Discretion is not a courtesy — it is a structural requirement.
Expressions of Interest
If you believe your organization adds structural dimension to SERC —
reach out through a formal introduction. Describe your infrastructure, your European footprint, and the strategic thesis you see in the partnership. We read everything. We respond selectively.

ESG Report 2025/2026
Environmental. Social. Governance.
SERC's first ESG Report covers the period 2025–2026. It reflects our commitment to building a robotics ecosystem that is not only commercially excellent but socially responsible and transparently governed.
Environmental
E — Reducing Footprint Through Efficiency.
Logistics Optimization
Consolidated Shipments
By routing all hardware through the Rotterdam hub, SERC eliminates redundant cross-border shipping for its partner network. Consolidated container logistics reduces per-unit carbon footprint compared to decentralized direct manufacturer imports.
Device Lifetime
Repair Over Replacement
SERC's spare parts framework and regional service network prioritize repair and component replacement over full device replacement. Longer device lifecycles mean less waste. Service SLAs are designed to maximize uptime, not upsell volume.
Partner Travel
Digital-First Training
SERC Academy is primarily digital. On-site lab sessions are consolidated at regional hub locations. This significantly reduces partner travel required for certification compared to manufacturer-direct training models.
Social
S — Automation with Human Dignity.
Human Transition Fund
Advocacy, Not Indifference
5–10% of SERC's annual profit is channelled into the Human Transition Fund. The fund is a political and societal instrument: SERC uses it to lobby for worker transition frameworks, fund independent research, engage with EU policymakers, and support pilot programs for unconditional basic income and equivalent models.
Partner Responsibility
The Network's Shared Commitment
SERC actively invites all resellers, integrators, and strategic large-scale clients to contribute to the Human Transition Fund. Automation's benefits are distributed across the entire network — so is the responsibility. We regularly communicate fund progress to all partners and encourage proportionate contributions.
